1. Who provides the service

LaunchSpray is provided by PROJECT82 LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States. Address: 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Phone: +1 307-218-8877. Support is at jin@project82.kr.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer and the law of the country where you live gives you protection that cannot be waived, that protection still applies. If there is a dispute, contact jin@project82.kr first so we can try to resolve it together. If that fails, the courts of Wyoming handle it. As a consumer you may also use the courts or consumer dispute bodies that the law of your country allows.

2. What you buy

One paid launch covers one product. Before payment, checkout shows the supported sites that match your product category; those, and only those, are what the payment covers. After payment you confirm a product brief once: a name, a one-line introduction and a short description. We submit that brief, your product URL and, where a site asks for it, your email address, to each supported site shown at checkout.

We then check whether a page for your product went live and show the link on your launch board. Sites that require your own account are listed separately as a kit; we do not submit to those for you. The public registry on this site is information, not a promise of submission.

3. What we do not promise

• Each site decides whether, when and how to publish. We cannot promise that any site will list your product.
• We do not promise search rankings, domain ratings, traffic, sign-ups or revenue, and no number on this site should be read that way.
• Timing depends on each site. Some submissions need a manual check on our side and are shown on your board with that status.
• Fees that a site itself charges are not included and are not paid by us.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout. The founders price applies to a limited number of paid launches; the exact price for your order is shown on the checkout page before you pay. Payment is a one-time charge processed by Stripe. We never see your card details.

5. Your responsibilities

• You own the product or are authorised to represent it, and you confirm this when you submit the brief.
• The brief is accurate, lawful and yours to publish, and the product complies with the rules of each site it is submitted to.
• You do not use the service for illegal, deceptive or harmful products, or for content you do not have the right to publish.
• You keep your private access link and the browser you paid in secure. Anyone with the link can open your order.

6. How we work

• On supported sites we submit from our own accounts, using each site’s normal application form or API.
• We do not bypass CAPTCHAs, create fake accounts or misrepresent who is submitting.
• Once submissions begin, the brief is locked for that launch. Changes go through support and depend on each site.
• Where an outcome is uncertain, we stop and mark the item for review rather than submit again.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Until we send your first submission you can get a full refund at any time. After that, we stop the remaining submissions on request and refund the share for sites not yet submitted to, with no fees deducted. The full rule, including timing, is in Refunds.

8. Liability

We are responsible for performing the service described here with reasonable care. We are not responsible for the decisions, availability or content of third-party sites, or for how they use what they publish. To the extent the law allows, our liability for a launch is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

9. Changes and contact

If these terms change, the new version is published here with a new date. Changes do not apply to a launch you already paid for unless they are in your favour. Questions go to jin@project82.kr.
